This version introduces EN 1591 / EN 13445-3 Annex G flange analysis, available as Item 43 “EN Flange Analysis”. The new module provides bolting torque and flange leakage verification across all supported Codes, focusing on Weld Neck Flanges and assuming identical mating flanges. The analysis is available as an additional verification alongside the classic flange methodologies. AD2000 tubesheet calculations have also been enhanced.
Stationary tubesheets without expansion bellows can now be verified for elliptical and rectangular un-tubed areas, while tubesheet flanged extensions can be evaluated directly according to AD2000 B5, resulting in slightly reduced thickness requirements.
