Sign the Reseller Agreement and receive your reseller pack: free demo licence, three onboarding sessions, brand assets, dedicated VCLAVIS contact.

Refer your clients, declare each referral before they subscribe, and we attribute every annual & semi‑annual subscription to your account.

Once VCLAVIS receives full payment from your client and you issue the corresponding tax invoice, your commission is paid within seven (7) business days.

Eligibility & application
Who can apply to become a VCLAVIS reseller?
Any registered legal entity with a valid VAT or tax‑identification number can apply. We work best with companies that already serve pressure vessel designers, fabricators, EPCs, inspection bodies, engineering consultancies, training providers, or related industrial‑software channels.
Do I need to be based in Greece or in the EU?
No. The VCLAVIS Reseller Program is open worldwide. The agreement is governed by Greek law and the courts of Thessaloniki, but resellers operate in their own country.
Can an individual freelancer apply?
No. The program is for registered legal entities only. This is required so that the commission flow can be invoiced correctly and your business is properly recognised.
How long does the review take?
We aim to reply to every application within five (5) business days.
Commission & payment
Why are Monthly subscriptions excluded?
Monthly plans are designed for short, flexible use by individual engineers. They are too operationally light to support a commission structure that is fair to both VCLAVIS and our resellers. Annual and Semi‑Annual subscriptions are where partner relationships create long‑term value.
When do I get paid?
Within seven (7) business days from the day VCLAVIS receives full payment from the end customer, and after you have issued the corresponding tax invoice to VCLAVIS.
Who invoices the customer — me or VCLAVIS?
VCLAVIS invoices the end customer directly. The customer subscribes through vclavis.com and pays VCLAVIS. You then issue an invoice to VCLAVIS for your commission, and we settle within seven (7) business days.
Can I sell at a different price than the one shown on the website?
The customer always pays the price displayed on the VCLAVIS website at the time of purchase. Your commission is calculated on the net amount (excluding VAT) actually collected by VCLAVIS for that subscription.
Working together
Will VCLAVIS train my team?
Yes. Every new reseller receives three (3) one‑hour onboarding sessions with our engineering team, for up to three (3) of your staff. We also support webinars and educational seminars you organise for your customers.
Who handles technical support for end customers?
VCLAVIS handles all technical support and customer service. Resellers should not provide technical support unless expressly authorised. Customers introduced by an Authorised Reseller receive priority support — most enquiries answered within one business day.
Can I use the VCLAVIS logo on my website and in marketing material?
Yes, once your contract is signed. We provide brand guidelines, logos, product imagery and sample reports as part of the reseller pack.
How can I terminate the partnership?
Either party may terminate the agreement without cause by giving six (6) months’ written notice. In the event of a material breach, termination may take effect immediately.
How attribution works
How are customers attributed to me?
Manually, before subscription. If you refer a client, you must declare the referral to VCLAVIS in writing before the client registers or subscribes. Once we register the referral, that customer remains attributed to you for renewals and upgrades, unless they expressly request otherwise in writing.
What if a customer signed up directly before talking to me?
If the customer registered on vclavis.com before any declared referral was on record, the customer is treated as a direct VCLAVIS customer and no commission applies.
Are reseller rights exclusive in my country?
Reseller rights are non‑exclusive and country‑based by default. You can select one or more countries when you apply. Multiple resellers may operate in the same country. Bespoke exclusivity arrangements are available on a case‑by‑case basis for resellers with a strong, demonstrable track record.
What happens to my attributed customers if I leave the reseller program?
If you leave the reseller program, your attributed customers will be transitioned to direct VCLAVIS customers. Any pending commissions for active subscriptions at the time of termination will be settled according to the terms of your reseller agreement.
